You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pinasplay accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit is ₱100. pinasplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — your payment source must match your registered pinasplay identity.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically credited within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three banking days. pinasplay reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request it deems appropriate.
4.3 Bonus Wagering. Any bonus credits, free spins winnings, or promotional funds credited to your pinasplay account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

6.1 Certified RNG. All pinasplay slot games and electronic table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and unmanipulable. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are available within each game's information panel.
6.2 Live Casino. Live casino games at pinasplay are conducted by trained human dealers in real time. 10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, pinasplay's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
10.2 pinasplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses arising from connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or force majeure events.
10.3 pinasplay does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond pinasplay's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
pinasplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, or non-compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for regulatory reasons, pinasplay will return any verified real-money balance to the account holder's registered payment method after completing applicable compliance checks.
You may close your pinasplay account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered GCash, Maya, or bank account.
pinasplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which complies with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and associated regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pinasplay shall first be referred to pinasplay's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process and, where applicable, to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
