If pinasplay discovers that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and the data will be deleted in accordance with this Policy and PAGCOR requirements.

12. International Data Transfers

pinasplay's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. The updated Policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights, pinasplay will notify you via your registered email address or via a prominent notification within the platform.

Your continued use of the pinasplay platform after the publication of a revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to the updated terms.
